Dr. Zhaoting Zhang is a distinguished scholar and Ph.D. candidate in Administrative Management at the School of Public Administration, China University of Mining and Technology . She holds a Master’s degree in Library and Information Science from Guizhou University of Finance and Economics  and a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management from Jiangsu Normal University (2018).
